Job Description

Communications: Create and Execute the VV communication strategy Create internal communications for VV, ensuring consistent and engaging for the target audience Engage stakeholders proactively to understand communication needs and execute accordingly Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure effective communication across multiple locations Partner and support other SCB GBS communication plans Administer surveys seeking feedback to enhance communication effectiveness Support host employee events such as Town halls, Awards Ceremonies, Leaders Meet, etc. , Engagement responsibilities Create and execute the VV Employee Engagement strategy to drive key pillars Create a well thought through and organized employee engagement activities calendar in line with opportunities identified Support planning, executing, and delivering key people connects such as town halls, leader speaks, reward and recognitions, skip levels and any other organization wide programs Bring in creative methodologies in employee engagement to motivate and inspire colleagues to improve CX (NPS and other Internal KPIs), eNPS as well as Retention Identify forums to showcase leadership events and market wins to create greater brand visibility Coordinate activities with event management, creation of collaterals, etc. Drive engagement with new hires to inculcate the companies valued behaviors give an overview of the role. It is primarily used when advertising the role internally and externally during hiring CSR responsibilities Support and drive CSR activities and GBS activities Drive Diversity and Inclusion in our work culture Others: Work Requirement: 5 days in office Travel: Will be required to Travel to Chennai Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
