Ensure Safety Culture Identification of Unsafe Condition and Unsafe Act and initiate corrective actionsConduct periodic safety inspection to identify potential hazard in work area and initiate measures to eliminate the samePrepare corrective action and preventive action (CAPA), in case of abnormalitiesCreate safety awareness through Tool box talkAdhere to Environmental MSRCoordinate for conducting Emergency mock drillConduct JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and HIRA(Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for ETP & STP PlantEnsure strict adherence to usage of PPEsExecute legal compliance activities Update Environmental Information Display boardSubmission of Environmental Reports to TNPCBUpdate all Environmental Act amendments in LegatrixSubmission of all Forms and returns with repect to TNPCB as per legatrixFollow up with TNPCB officials for renewal of Consent To OperateMaintain all the records with respect to TNPCBConduct Internal Audit with respect to ISO system requirementsReview all department's Environmental Aspect/Impact with respect to ISO system requirementsCoordinate with TNPCB officials with respect to environmental monitoringCoordinate with ISO certification external audit team and provide all required supporting documentsEnsure smooth functioning of ETP,STP, ETP - RO plant and Operation of Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS) Inspect the ETP,STP plant's online air quality Monitoring system and initiate corrective action, if need beProcure and provide required materials with respect to ETP/STP plantFollowup with team regarding the operation of ETP/STP plantCoordinate with CAAQMS OEM team/ Third parties with respect to equipment function and calibrationPreparation of budget for ETP/STP plant/CAAQMS operationTrack and ensure the completion of Capex related projectsEnsure the preservation of Natural resources through Green Belt Development and Waste Management Inspect the Hazardous waste storage area and update the waste generation quantity recordsArrange vehicle for disposal of Hazardous wasteExplore the possibility of recycling scrap materialsProvide recycled water and reduce the water consumptionProvide Natural gas and reduce the LPG consumptionProvide input to HR team for green belt developmentExecute TQM & TPM implementation activities Conduct 5S Awareness to the teamSubmisson of KaizenSubmission of QCC reports for new projects
