Job Description

Direct plant-wide Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management System (OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and GEHSMS) to ensure that all operations in the plant meet applicable legal / regulation requirements, PepsiCo policies and standards.
Drive to achieve all PGCS and Plant level EHS objectives / KPIs as the key owner, including Recon (Water + Energy) and Waste water Landfill waste rate targets.
Act as the Plant Level Emergency Response Team Coordinator to ensure all Crisis Management procedures being executed, trained and drilled.
Maintain good public relationships with local relevant Governmental Authorities and other stake holders from EHS perspective.
Communicate with PGCS Support center and India Region Business Units for regular reporting / updates, initiatives / programs implementation and local supporting.
