Job Description

Manager DSMG Motor Finance Collections

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Motor Finance collections team across assigned region/branch.
Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency and NPA levels.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-ups for recovery.
Coordinate with legal, repossession, and recovery teams for effective action.
Analyze portfolio trends and provide insights to senior management.
Train, guide, and motivate collection executives to achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical practices.
Maintain MIS, collection reports, and present performance updates.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving disputes amicably.
