Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - DSMG - Motor Finance - Collections - Flows - Bkt 1 to 3 (LT) in Guwahati, Ulubari. The ideal candidate will have between 10 to 14 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for motor finance products.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan processing and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with motor finance products and services.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
