Job Summary:

Manager DSMG Motor Finance Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive the collections process for motor finance loans in line with company policies.
Oversee delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
Monitor field collection teams, agencies, and vendors for effective performance.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce NPAs and improve recovery rates.
Track key collection metrics (bucket-wise performance, resolution rates, recovery cost).
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal audit requirements.
Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements with customers.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for resolution of difficult cases.
Train and mentor collection executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
