Job Description

Ensure right selection of transporter for movement of finished goods in a cost effective manner. Ensure delivery to customers as per agreed lead times. Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Educational qualification(s)

MBA (Marketing | Operations)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct timely review and negotiation of contracts.

2. Maintain freight and warehouse operational cost within budget.

3. Monitor transporter performance periodically with respect to service and cost.

4. Ensure inventory accuracy at finished goods warehouse.

5. Ensure 100% compliance to various customers and statutory audits at finished goods warehouse.

6. Ensure compliance of Environment, Health Safety (EHS) and good house keeping norms at finished goods warehouse.

7. Maintain record of 100% booking of freight and operational costs for every month.
