To lead and manage the Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) function, ensuring timely collection, verification, and closure of all required documents post loan disbursement, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team & Process Management:
    • Lead a team responsible for PDD tracking, follow-ups, and closure across loan products.
    • Define and implement SOPs for PDD collection, verification, and exception handling.
  • PDD Monitoring & Closure:
    • Ensure timely receipt and verification of documents such as Property papers, Documents, instruments, NOC, etc.
    • Monitor ageing of pending PDDs and drive resolution through internal and external coordination.
  • System & Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates in LOS/LMS systems.
    • Drive automation and digitization initiatives for PDD tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Liaise with Sales, Credit, Legal, Operations, and external partners (DSAs, vendors) for document collection and issue resolution.
    • Escalate critical delays or policy deviations to senior management.
  • Compliance & Audit:
    • Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal audit requirements.
    • Prepare and present PDD-related data for internal and external audits.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Publish regular MIS on PDD status, ageing, and exception trends.
    • Analyze root causes for delays and recommend process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation and post-disbursement processes.
  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with LOS/LMS platforms and document management systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Operations or PDD management, preferably in an NBFC or BFSI environment.
  • Prior experience in managing audits and regulatory compliance is a plus.
