Manager – Digital Strategy & Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support

  digital/technology strategy engagements

  for FS or Manufacturing clients.
• Conduct

  as-is assessments, benchmarking, and gap analysis

  of client IT and digital landscapes.
• Define

  IT/digital operating models, business capability models, and transformation roadmaps

  .
• Partner with client leadership to

  prioritize digital initiatives, build business cases, and drive adoption

  .
• Support

  vendor evaluation, technology product selection, and implementation strategy

  .
• Collaborate with Protiviti teams and ecosystem partners to deliver

  end-to-end transformation programs

  .
• Advise clients on

  emerging technologies

  (AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Industry 4.0, Automation, Cybersecurity, etc.) tailored to their business context.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality

  presentations and reports

  to CXO stakeholders.

Key Criteria / Requirements

• Experience:

  5 – 8+ years in consulting, digital strategy, or IT services (Big 4 / top consulting/technology firms preferred).

• Industry Focus:

  Strong understanding of

  Financial Services

  or

  Manufacturing

  industry trends, business models, and digital use cases.

• Expertise in at least one area:

• IT / Digital Strategy Development
• Technology Transformation Roadmaps
• Industry 4.0 (for Manufacturing)
• Digital Banking / FinTech (for FS)
• Proven experience in

  client advisory and stakeholder management

  at CXO level.
• Strong

  problem-solving, structured thinking, and communication skills

  .

• Mobility:

  Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Postgraduate in Management, Technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience delivering

  digital strategy projects

  in FS or Manufacturing.
• Certifications in

  TOGAF, PMP, Agile, Cloud, Data Analytics, or related areas

  are a plus.
