Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Digital Marketing to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on managing key client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring high-level strategic alignment. The Manager - Digital Marketing will serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering tailored marketing solutions, optimizing performance, and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, driving satisfaction and trust.
Actively manage client projects, campaigns, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
Campaign & Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns (including content, SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing) from ideation to execution.
Work closely with internal teams (content, SEO, social media, creative, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and are aligned with client goals and KPIs.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Understand client goals, develop strategic marketing plans, and recommend solutions that drive business growth.
Provide actionable insights through analytics, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Generate regular performance reports and client updates, presenting findings and making optimization recommendations.
Proactively identify new growth opportunities and areas for optimization within client accounts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely collaboration between account managers, creatives, and specialists.
Support and mentor junior team members, guiding them on client handling and campaign execution.
Client & Internal Alignment
Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing expert advice and innovative marketing solutions.
Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the client’s brand and business strategy.
Contribute to overall team growth, helping to develop and enhance internal processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting and managed US-based accounts.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and managing expectations.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
Project Management: Ability to lead projects, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex strategies and results in a simple, engaging manner.
Tools: Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, ClickUp, and others. Experience with reporting & project management tools.
