Job Description

Candidate must have experience in FMCG, Food industry, or with a Digital Marketing Agency.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Plan and manage annual digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Identify new trends, tools, and technologies to improve digital presence.

2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Oversee creation and distribution of engaging content (visual, video, and written) for websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital campaigns (seasonal, product launches, brand building, influencer collaborations).
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital channels.

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report digital performance metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics for maximum effectiveness.

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage all official social media handles and maintain a strong digital brand presence.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to customer queries, and build brand loyalty.

5. Website & E-Commerce

  • Oversee website and e-commerce platform management to ensure updated product listings, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience.
  • Work with developers to maintain site performance and troubleshoot issues.

6. Team & Agency Management

  • Lead and mentor in-house digital team and manage external digital/creative agencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital projects and campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, performance marketing, and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
