Manager - Demand Planning

You will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning team in creating and maintaining accurate item/location level forecast models for a group of product categories. Your main role will involve incorporating business intelligence, historical performance, and insights from various sources to develop the demand forecast. Your core responsibilities will include: - Participating in the development, planning, and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility - Leading the Supply Chain team to achieve strategic goals within the company and area - Managing and developing direct reports to ensure their effectiveness within the team - Creating an annual inventory budget by product group and location to meet corporate turn objectives - Managing inventory flow, builds, and exits to meet or exceed inventory turn budgets and support stores and customers - Accurately reforecasting inventory levels monthly based on sales and margin trends, promotional activities, and other factors - Driving improvement in inventory leverage while supporting sales through strategic initiatives - Leading, supporting, and coordinating activities of Supply Chain team members to ensure successful product flow and in-stock expectations - Mentoring the extended Supply Chain team as needed - Identifying and leading cross-functional process improvements within the Supply Chain function - Advising stores and business areas on inventory interruptions and substitutions In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need: - At least 8 years of overall experience, with 6+ years in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning & Inventory Management, 4+ years in project management, and 3+ years of leadership experience - A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field, and an MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain - Skills in Supply Chain Planning, demand planning, Inventory Optimization, Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes and systems - Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as PowerBI, SQL, MS Access, and Excel - Excellent writing and communication skills - Experience in leading teams with a global operating model - Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking skills - Experience with JDA Fulfillment, Demand, and Allocation (desired) - Spoken and written knowledge of French (desired),
