Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Demand Planning team and ensuring accurate item/location level forecast models for a group of product categories. Your duties will include participating in the development and execution of marketing strategies, leading the Supply Chain team to achieve strategic goals, managing and developing direct reports, creating an annual inventory budget, managing inventory flow, reforecasting inventory levels, driving improvement in inventory leverage, coordinating inventory flow plans, mentoring the extended Supply Chain team, identifying and leading process improvements, advising on inventory interruptions, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and reporting to senior management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or related field - MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in the development, planning, and execution of marketing strategies - Lead the Supply Chain team to attain strategic goals - Manage and develop direct reports - Create an annual inventory budget - Manage inventory flow, builds, and exits - Accurately reforecast inventory levels monthly - Drive improvement in inventory leverage - Coordinate inventory flow plans - Mentor the extended Supply Chain team - Identify and lead process improvements - Advise on inventory interruptions - Maintain relationships with suppliers - Report to senior management **Skills Required:** - Experience in Supply Chain Planning, demand planning, Inventory Optimization - Knowledge of Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes and systems - Working knowledge of Merchandising decision-making tools - Experience in Data mining and visualization tools - Excellent writing and communication skills - Experience in leading teams with a global operating model - Problem-solving skills - Strategic thinking abilities You should have 8+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning & Inventory Management, 4+ years of project management experience, and 3+ years of prior leadership experience. Additional experience with JDA Fulfillment, Demand, and Allocation, as well as spoken and written knowledge of French, would be desirable.,
