Manager Demand Planning

170+ ENAT restaurant partners

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Demand Planning: Own daily order projections for 170+ partners across multiple cities with unique targets.
• Strategic Growth Planning: Build Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and city-level forecasts, incorporating market nuances, organic growth, and event-driven demand.
• Drive Inorganic Growth: Identify and execute city-specific campaigns and initiatives to boost demand.
• Own Organic Event Planning: Plan and execute growth strategies for organic events (e.g., Rakhi, Independence Day) and create scalable playbooks.
• Data & Insights: Analyze data, identify trends, perform RCA, and make daily call-outs to keep projections on track. Use AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Partner Engagement & Traffic Growth: Develop strategies to increase app engagement and drive traffic to ENAT partners.
• Field Collaboration: Spend time in the market with partners to understand challenges and refine demand strategies.
• Proactive Execution: Take ownership, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives independently.
  

What We're Looking For

• 58 years of experience in demand planning, category management, or growth roles in e-commerce, FMCG, or similar high-growth sectors.
• Strong expertise in AOP/OPD planning, forecasting, and data analytics.
• Proven experience in partner-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools); exposure to AI-driven forecasting is a plus.
