Job Description

As a Manpower Planning and Shift Rostering Manager, your role involves managing the manpower planning and shift rostering based on load projections and productivity targets. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining facility 5S standards, and overall upkeep of the facilities. Monitoring vehicle connections, availability, and ensuring timely unloading/loading of vehicles will be a key metric to track. Key Responsibilities: - Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profile and coordinate with the fleet - Maintain service levels and ensure performance metrics are met - Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams including commercial, security, fleet, and last mile - Drive metrics in various functions such as inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics - Focus on HR/Employee related KRAs including Diversity Hiring, Maintaining Employee Morale, and Employee safety on the floor - Mentor and work towards capability building of team members - Continuously explore process improvement opportunities and drive them to closure - Implement industry best practices of shop floor management like Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. Qualifications Required: - Education requirement: BTech from a Tier 1 college preferred - Experience: 1-3 years post-graduation Please note that females are preferred for this role.,
