Location Name: Pune - Wakdewadi Job Purpose To ensure end to end dataflow and master data management for Collections Team Duties And Responsibilities Bridge between the business team and technical team for Data analysis Consult on data related automation framework knowing the new technology stack if any Act as a business analyst to take the information, document it and flow the output to end user Ensure maintenance of developed reports and data for further enhancements. Training team members on technology stack and reviewing their progress Explore new tech stack as per use cases and problem statement of business To deliver the final output in a consumable form to business users Consult on optimization of large SQL queries to fine tune for performance of reports. User engagement on training them on technology consumption with continuous feedbacks. Major Challenges Data verification Ensuring correct and timely data flow to the business in coordination with the IT department Migration of the manually maintained data to system for automation Collation of the data from multiple data sources within short span of time Show more Show less
