Responsibility Statements Manages team members to deliver SLAs. Manages revenue optimization and reduction of penalties. Delivers quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports. Coaches team members for continuous development. Identifies process improvement opportunities and deploys action plans. Manages delivery strategies and service line penetration.
