About the Role

• We’re looking for a passionate culture builder to join our People & Culture team. As Manager – Culture, you will be the driving force behind our diversity and inclusion, Health & Wellness and employer branding initiatives. This role is about creating an environment where every employee feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential and thrive.
• What You’ll Do
• Design & implement DEI programs to improve representation, inclusion, and belonging.
• Review policies, run awareness sessions, and support employee resource groups.
• Build and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, careers site, campuses, and industry forums.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and leaders to embed DEI and EVP in talent practices.
• Track DEI & branding metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend improvements.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and content creation (stories, videos, campaigns)
• champion inclusivity, embed equitable practices, and track progress.
• Build recognition culture – manage rewards and recognition frameworks that celebrate everyday impact.
• Measure impact – track participation, feedback, and outcomes to continuously raise the bar.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years of HR/engagement/DEI experience roles.
• Strong program management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• A genuine passion for people, culture, and inclusion.
