Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in the Strategy department, located at Videocon Towers in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborates with the business team to develop long-range, strategic goals.
Identifies and reviews pricing and market trends to analyze and apply them in developing strategies for individual segments.
Monitors business climate, technology trends, and government activities related to current and anticipated product lines.
Leads trials for new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional rollouts; recommends adjustments based on results.
Collaborates with business unit administration and line managers to produce profitable business and product plans.
Serves as a negotiator with third parties for potential mergers or acquisitions.

Job
Post Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial services, broking, and banking.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
