As a Corporate Sales Professional in the Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Event Management industry located in Sector 62, Noida, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and preferences. Your proactive approach to sales, combined with your strong network within the corporate sector, will enable you to excel in this dynamic role. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential corporate clients through various channels, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and designing customized proposals to showcase the value of our services. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling presentations and service offerings, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to contract signing. By staying abreast of industry trends and competitors, you will be well-positioned to propose new business strategies and drive continuous growth. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales within the travel, hospitality, or events sector. Your strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will be instrumental in engaging clients and closing high-value deals. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset that drives you to exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Preferred qualifications include experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, or large event management firms, as well as multilingual skills and familiarity with international corporate travel and event logistics. Your willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
