Manager - Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Category Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Commercial business in your respective category. You will work closely with internal sales and operations teams, as well as support functions, to drive efficient operations, achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing Commercial business in the respective category; play a leading role in sourcing and contract management
• Working closely with internal sales/operations team and relevant support functions in order to drive efficient operations and revenue goals and deliver core promises to the professional customers
• Determine innovative promotions and solutions to serve customers needs, market advantages, market competitiveness and sales recovery that make profitable category revenue opportunity in close co-ordination with Customer Development team
• Research, analyse, and forecast current and future buying trends, markets, styles, and products with attention to specified target market and demographics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in category management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
