Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the food retail sector
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the point of contact for client needs, product queries, and order management.

Sales Operations:

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Generate sales reports for internal review and performance tracking.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food/FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of the food retail supply chain and customer base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience dealing with wholesalers, supermarkets, clients.
Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
