Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads in the corporate and institutional segments using online tools and databases.
  • Initiate outreach via phone or LinkedIn to engage potential clients and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems with contact and interaction details.
  • Visit potential clients as per daily journey plans to present service offerings and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with the on-field sales team to share market insights and refine targeting strategies.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.
  • Submit daily reports and contribute to improving sales strategies based on on-ground feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Comfortable with field sales and client-facing roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Owns a 2-wheeler (mandatory for this role)
