Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Officer role based in Durgapur. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, generating leads, and cultivating customer relationships. This role includes engaging with prospective and existing clients, managing communication effectively, and contributing to channel sales strategies. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills to build strong client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Experience in Channel Sales is preferred to manage partnerships and distribution channels efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and achieve performance goals.
Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
