Job Summary

Derik Motor Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Manager (Admin) to oversee administrative operations, commercial documentation, vendor coordination, and office management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, compliance, and efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall administrative and commercial operations of the office
• Handle commercial documentation including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Oversee office infrastructure, facilities, and asset management
• Manage procurement processes and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records
• Support accounts team with billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
• Handle internal and external correspondence and coordination
• Implement cost-control measures and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of administrative and commercial processes
• Experience in documentation, contracts, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of GST, billing, and basic accounting is an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative or commercial roles
• Experience in automobile or dealership industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
