We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager – Commercial (Admin) to handle the company’s commercial, administrative, and operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and administrative operations of the dealership.
• Oversee vendor management, purchase orders, billing, and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, contracts, and documentation.
• Handle statutory compliance related to company operations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments for smooth operations.
• Manage office administration, including facility management, inventory, and logistics.
• Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure high performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles (preferably in the automobile sector).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
