Assistant Manager / Manager Channel Sales

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Zonal/Regional Heads in identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Drive business development through financial intermediaries such as advisors, wealth managers, bankers, family offices, and national distributors.
  • Nurture and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Explain product offerings and provide timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Present macroeconomic updates, both domestic and global, to clients and channel partners.
  • Generate incremental AUM via new client acquisition, referrals, and self-sourcing.
  • Promote and cross-sell a range of PMS and AIF products from the client's basket.
  • Proactively recommend strategies and build tailored investment portfolios for clients.
  • Periodically review client portfolios to ensure alignment with evolving goals.
  • Understand stock selection frameworks and articulate the investment philosophy to clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and offer appropriate investment strategies.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and sectoral developments to offer insightful perspectives.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless execution.
  • Share regular market updates, insights, and trends to enhance the client experience.
