This position looks at a detail-oriented candidate & driven candidate for handling the channel business development function of the firm. The job is primarily handling, nurturing, deepening relationships with existing channel partners with a target of growing both mind share & wallet share with them. Another important deliverable will be looking at onboarding new partners across segments. The candidate must have good knowledge of equities along with other soft skills. The candidate will be required to travel across the country to meet channel partners & advisors, keeping them updated about the key business developments. Experience: Minimum of 5 years plus of experience in a similar business role is preferred with a referred overall work experience of 10 years plus Job Description: To manage the mapped existing channel relationships across segments Grow the existing channel partner base by onboarding new value adding partners across segments like: Banks, NDs, Private Wealth, Mass affluent partners, regional CPs, etc. To nurture all CP relationships with a clear understanding of growing mind share & wallet share with them. Improvise & implement any business development activities in the across various regions in alignment of the regional teams. To assist teams across sales, service, products, etc. Skillset Required: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented and persuasive.
