About The Role
This role will be responsible for chillers and lowside services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer relationship.
- closely work with sales rep to generate more business opportunities in the region
- Day to day coordination with Customer for breakdown calls, spares supply PM services, warranty services etc.
- Supervise vendor teams and direct field technicians to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Arranging spares required for rectifications at site for breakdown and warranty services which includes coordination with warehouse team & SCM team.
- Managing documentation includes RCA (root cause analysis for failures), timely compliance documents submission, PM reports etc.
- Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team. Provide training to all employees to ensure a safe and productive work environment both in the shop and at customer sites
- Training to our team and vendor technicians
- Review work orders, invoices, and timely reports for accuracy and to ensure efficient management of accounts receivable
- Vendor management which includes timely release of vendor Purchase orders, accounting bills and payment release.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on experience in chillers and lowside services
- Experience in managing team and subcons
- Engineering in Mechanical domain or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial service management work experience-Working knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems
- Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications
