Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Research & Business Insights Specialist to support the Chairman in decision-making by providing in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and project monitoring. The role involves driving operational excellence, enabling business transformation, and providing actionable insights for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Support operational excellence initiatives and business transformation projects.
Prepare MIS reports and corporate finance insights to assist in strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in market research, competitor analysis, or strategic business support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience with MIS, corporate finance, or business transformation initiatives.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
