We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to join our Service Delivery team as Manager Operations. This role will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team focused on driving operational excellence, enabling data-informed decision-making, and optimizing resource management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills to deliver impactful outcomes across the service vertical.
