Relevant experience in Ethics and Compliance within the Pharma industry, with prior team-handling exposure
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and programs across the organization
Monitor regulatory developments and advise senior management on compliance risks and ethical issues
Conduct internal risk assessments, audits, and investigations related to compliance and ethical concerns
Oversee and support training programs on ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, code of conduct, and related compliance topics
Act as a key point of contact for reporting and investigating potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, HR, internal audit, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of compliance initiatives
Ensure the companys whistleblower mechanisms are effective, secure, and properly managed
Prepare compliance reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership and/or board committees
Maintain awareness of emerging compliance risks, best practices, and global regulatory trends
