As a Business Development Executive at Vivek Furniture & Interior, your role will involve building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors to generate project leads for our premium furniture and interior solutions. You should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about business networking and project development. Key Responsibilities: - Meet architects, interior designers, and builders in person to promote our furniture and interior products. - Generate new project leads and follow up until closure. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key partners and decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales & design team for proposals or quotations. - Visit ongoing project sites to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain records of meetings, leads, and updates in the company's CRM or reporting system. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or architect events when required. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design). - 3 years of experience in project sales (Required), preferably in the furniture/interior/building materials industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and networking ability. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized. - Should own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
