Luxury Showroom Sales & Design Consultation

You are a smart, design-oriented sales professional with an Interior Design or Architectural background, hired by Vivek Furniture & Interior for the Luxury Retail & Sales Design Consultant role in the upcoming Luxury Furniture Experience Store in Tirupur. Your main responsibility is to guide premium clients with design-based suggestions, product knowledge, and personalised solutions to ensure a high-end buying experience for elite customers. - Premium Client Consultation - Understand client lifestyle, taste, and space requirements. - Provide expert advice on layouts, measurements, colour combinations, and space planning. - Offer design-based solutions for luxury furniture selection. - Sales & Revenue Growth - Present luxury collections with strong product knowledge. - Suggest add-on sales like carpets, dcor, lighting, consoles, wall panels, custom pieces, etc. - Prepare quotations and follow-up professionally. - Achieve monthly sales targets with high conversion rates. - Product & Material Knowledge - Explain materials such as teak, ash, walnut, fabrics, finishes, mechanisms, and customizations. - Stay updated on new luxury arrivals and international design trends. - Store Experience Management - Maintain a premium showroom atmosphere and visual merchandising standards. - Ensure every client receives a luxury-level walk-through experience. - Customer Relationship Building - Build long-term relationships with VIP clients, architects, and designers. - Provide post-purchase support and coordinate with installation teams. - Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and client preferences. **Required Qualifications** - Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design (mandatory). - 3 years of experience in project sales or related field. - Strong communication in English & Tamil. - Good design sense, visualization, and client presentation skills. - Confident personality with premium customer handling skills. - Basic computer/CRM knowledge. **Additional Skills (Preferred)** - Knowledge of space planning, material selection, and design principles. - Experience working with luxury clients or premium showrooms. - Ability to understand floor plans & measurements. In terms of the company, Vivek Furniture & Interior offers a salary package ranging from 30,000 to 45,000 based on experience, along with additional incentives. The job is full-time with benefits including internet reimbursement. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and the required language skills are proficiency in English.
