Job Description

We require Sales & Business Development professional for our Engineering and Non-Engineering divisions in Chennai and Coimbatore.

Candidates with 7 – 14 yrs of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the Engineering/ Automobile/ Earth Moving/ Heavy Machinery manufacturing industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and focuses on converting demand into sales / new business pitch.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs / Earth Moving Industry
  • Lead strategic account management and build long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-specific proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, contract negotiations, and business case development.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and innovation.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
  • Analyse sales trends of customers, products, and segments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the
  • company.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chains, and quality standards
  • Deep experience working with OEMs
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close complex, high-value deals and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
