Manager - Business Development

Purple Brick, a Digital Marketing & Digital Product startup founded by an IIM Calcutta Alumnus, is looking to hire people across multiple levels. We are a fast-growing startup, delivering exceptional results to clients from over 10 countries across the globe. We are now creating digital assets, communities and products across multiple sectors like Education, HR, Ecommerce and Social Cause

Role

• Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and inbound marketing activities
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our digital marketing services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success
• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales strategy for digital marketing services

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry (agency experience preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Sound understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
