Manager - Business Development

1. Sales & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute sales strategies across:
• Retail stores & supermarkets
• B2B sales (domestic & export)
• Hotels, resorts, and corporate gifting
• Government & CSR partnerships
• Local markets, exhibitions, and pop-ups
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through different sales channels.

2. Business Development & Client Management

• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, corporates, government agencies, and NGOs.
• Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate effectively.
• Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities to support business growth.

3. Marketing & Brand Building

• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and sales campaigns.
• Suggest innovative promotions, seasonal offers, and bundled deals to drive revenue.
• Keep track of market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Coordinate with marketing, product design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
• Share insights on customer preferences and market demands to improve strategies.

5. Social Impact & Community Engagement

• Support initiatives that empower local artisans, SHGs (Self-Help Groups), and rural entrepreneurs.
• Identify CSR-driven business opportunities that align with ESAF’s mission.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
