We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Business Development Manager to join our team at EnSquare Digital Solutions. Your key responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, connecting, and converting new clients who need digital marketing services to grow their business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social platforms Pitch our digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, SEM, Website Development, Branding) to business owners Understand client needs and customize marketing solutions accordingly Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Maintain relationships with prospective clients to nurture future opportunities Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Report daily/weekly performance and sales activity Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confident in lead generation through both online and offline methods Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and client pain points Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
