Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in

driving sales, developing client relationships, and closing property

deals.

✔ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

 Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to

understand their needs.

 Provide expert guidance on market trends, property prices, and

legal aspects.

 Assist clients from property selection to transaction closure.

✔ Lead Generation & Sales Execution:

 Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing,

and networking.

 Research and list available properties for potential buyers and

tenants.

 Promote properties through online listings, marketing

campaigns, and client meetings.

 Negotiate deals and manage documentation for property

transactions.

✔ Market Analysis & Business Growth:

 Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and competitive landscape

in Noida and NCR.

 Work with building owners and landlords to optimize

occupancy rates in commercial properties.

 Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools to track leads, follow-

ups, and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✔ Real Estate Sales Experience: 3+ years in property sales, leasing,

or business development (preferred).

✔ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals

effectively.

✔ Lead Generation & CRM Proficiency: Experience in digital

marketing, cold calling, and customer relationship management.

✔ Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Noida & NCR real estate

market.

✔ Tech-Savvy Approach: Ability to leverage online portals, digital

marketing, and social media for sales growth.
