Manager - Business Development

Role Description-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Additional responsibilities include creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various cold calling.
• Present services to prospective customers.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally.

Required Skills:-

• Must have proven knowledge/experience sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
