Job Description

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with a strong focus on outbound campaigns, cold calling and lead generation.
Proven experience in developing and executing personalized campaigns for international markets (Europe, US, and Canada).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated persuasion abilities and an ability to craft compelling, customized messages.
Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) for outreach management, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during conversations, using persuasive skills to convert leads.

Preferred

Exposure to digital disruptive technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, data analytics) is an added advantage.
Existing network of contacts in target regions is a plus but not mandatory.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
