Manager - Business Development

As Manager-Business Development at our company, your role will involve spearheading business development efforts in the Indian market. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities to expand market presence, driving business growth, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts. You will be expected to cultivate strategic partnerships, maintain relationships with key influencers, and engage with stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product - Lead outbound and direct sales initiatives by actively engaging with potential clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships, and successfully closing deals - Manage deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR independently - Coordinate with the Pre-sales team for conducting Demos / POCs - Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts - Utilize strong communication skills to interact with CXO profiles of companies Qualifications Required for the Ideal Candidate: - 6-8 years of overall experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in the garment industry - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions - Proven track record in business development and client acquisition - Excellent relationship-building and account management skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for driving sales performance - Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels - Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities - Solid business acumen to understand and cater to customer needs Please note that the company is a Startup / Small Enterprise, and the office locations include Maharashtra (Mumbai), Tamil Nadu (Tiruppur), and Tamil Nadu (Chennai).,
