What will you do
   Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for all new product launches from concept to post-launch review 
  Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities 
  Define target audiences, key messaging, USPs, and pricing strategy for launches 
  Develop detailed launch plans, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with Product, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain & PR teams 
  Oversee creation of launch assets (packaging briefs, creatives, sales collaterals, digital assets, merchandising, etc.) 
  Manage media planning and buying with internal teams/agencies 
  Ensure brand alignment and craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target customers 
  Monitor launch KPIs (sales, market share, awareness, CAC, ROI), analyze data, and optimize campaigns 
  Prepare post-launch reports and recommend improvements for future launches 
  Act as central lead for launch projects, aligning cross-functional teams and presenting plans to senior leadership 
  
 
  
Work Experience:
   3 6 years of experience in Brand Management/Product Marketing with strong GTM ownership 
  Experience in FMCG, CPG, D2C sectors required 
  Experience in sports nutrition/health & wellness/foods industry highly preferred
