Job Description

You should apply if you have:

  • A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3 6 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing within FMCG, CPG, or D2C sectors
  • Proven track record of launching new products and delivering measurable business results
  • Strong expertise in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social, search, e-commerce)
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A strategic yet creative mindset with passion for innovation
  • Prior exposure/interest in sports nutrition, health & wellness, or foods industry

You should not apply if you:

  • Lack experience in developing and executing GTM strategies
  • Have not managed cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Prefer execution-only roles without strategic ownership
  • Are not comfortable working with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

What will you do

Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for all new product launches from concept to post-launch review
Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities
Define target audiences, key messaging, USPs, and pricing strategy for launches
Develop detailed launch plans, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with Product, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain & PR teams
Oversee creation of launch assets (packaging briefs, creatives, sales collaterals, digital assets, merchandising, etc.)
Manage media planning and buying with internal teams/agencies
Ensure brand alignment and craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target customers
Monitor launch KPIs (sales, market share, awareness, CAC, ROI), analyze data, and optimize campaigns
Prepare post-launch reports and recommend improvements for future launches
Act as central lead for launch projects, aligning cross-functional teams and presenting plans to senior leadership

Work Experience:

3 6 years of experience in Brand Management/Product Marketing with strong GTM ownership
Experience in FMCG, CPG, D2C sectors required
Experience in sports nutrition/health & wellness/foods industry highly preferred

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Full-Time, Work from Office)
