Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience: 7-10 years Industry: Recruitment/Staffing International KPO/BPO Hiring. preferably International Investment Banks . Employment Type: Full-Time Role & responsibilities Set up and lead the KPO/BPO hiring vertical at Symphoni HR Manage and mentor a team of 30-35 recruiters Take complete P&L ownership for the vertical Build strong client relationships acquire new clients and manage key accounts Drive performance metrics, hiring targets, and service delivery standards Strategize and execute business development initiatives in the KPO/BPO hiring space Ensure consistent quality of hires and client satisfaction Preferred candidate profile 7-10 years of proven experience in managing KPO/BPO hiring Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing mid-sized recruitment teams P&L management exposure is a must Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills Based in Mumbai and open to working from our Malad office Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
