Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Delhi NCR, for a Manager - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). The Manager - MICE will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, meetings, and other business gatherings. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets and timelines, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring seamless event delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while leading a team to provide exceptional service is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, corporate meetings, and conferences
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in team leadership and collaboration
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the MICE industry
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for event planning and management
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in handling MICE projects is highly advantageous
