Role Description: We are seeking a motivated, full-time MICE Sales Expert to join BLUERAY HOLIDAYS LLP. In this role, you will drive the company’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales strategy. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, designing bespoke MICE packages, and negotiating contracts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and consistently outstanding customer experiences.

• Strong sales and retail sales skills
• Proficient in customer service and delivering exemplary customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in MICE sales roles
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field
