Manager - Banking Alliances

Role Overview: As a part of Ambak's fast-growing fintech startup, you will play a crucial role in redefining how India approaches home loans. Your responsibilities will involve managing top financiers, leading tech integrations, driving operational excellence, and co-owning outcomes across revenue and collections. This cross-functional role provides an opportunity for you to take ownership early in your career and be at the heart of Ambak's lender ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Build trust with NBFCs, banks, and co-lending partners to establish strong financier relations - Lead strategic conversations across credit, ops, and product to enhance product-market fit - Own lender onboarding end-to-end, including business development, credit, legal, and compliance for partnerships - Drive seamless tech integrations between partner banks and internal product/tech teams across LOS, LMS, APIs & data flows - Monitor SLAs, track KPIs, and solve operational gaps to ensure execution excellence - Co-own P&L and ensure partner-level collections hygiene to drive revenue growth and monetization Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fintech, NBFCs, lending, or account/alliances roles - Strong execution and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis and excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchy - Ability to think structurally, operate ambitiously, and lead end-to-end within 12-24 months Additional Company Details: Ambak offers a unique work environment with the opportunity to run core alliances with high visibility and autonomy.
