As a Manager - Banking Alliances in Kolkata Location, your role involves collaborating with ecosystem players to co-build products for the market, including Fintechs, Banks, and Partners. You will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with key influencers in assigned banks, delivering against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets, and identifying partnership opportunities within existing and new banking relationships. Your key responsibilities include: - Mapping, developing, and driving relationships with key influencers in assigned banks - Delivering against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets - Identifying partnership opportunities within existing/new banking relationships - Liaising with cross-functional teams like Solutions, Product, etc., to ensure timely customizations - Developing implementation plans across alliance life cycle for the assigned portfolio of banks/PSPs - Defining and monitoring metrics for alliance performance and effectiveness - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless execution of business launch and scale-up - Formalizing engagements with partner banks through agreements and base rates negotiations Moreover, the Mandatory Qualifications for this role include: - Established network with banks (public + private) and networks in the North Region - High energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Proven track record of creating and executing partnerships/alliances that drive measurable business results - Ability to run technical conversations with banks for problem discovery and solutioning - Analytical capability to handle technical, contractual, and financial aspects of the business - Strategic thinking ability to influence cross-functional teams for outsized business outcomes - Willingness to travel regionally to meet with banks/large merchants acquired through banking partners This role requires you to be proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships within the banking ecosystem to drive business growth.
