Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–12 Business Development Associates.
  • Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily activities including outreach, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Guide the team on effectively communicating the benefits of Germany-based employment opportunities.
  • Oversee sales of German language training packages and ensure a strong lead-to-conversion pipeline.
  • Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.
  • Implement processes to improve productivity, lead quality, and overall team performance.
  • Represent the sales function in strategy discussions and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales—preferably in EdTech, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Proven experience leading a team of at least 8–12 members.
  • Strong people-management and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong CRM and sales reporting capabilities.
