Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new B2B retail business opportunities at Jainam Broking Limited. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors. Additionally, you will need to develop sales strategies, execute plans to meet revenue targets, and negotiate business contracts and pricing with clients. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities will also be a key part of your role. Collaborating with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and driving the expansion of the retail network in assigned regions through partnerships and alliances will be essential. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management and lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage new B2B retail business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors. - Develop sales strategies and execute plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Negotiate and finalize business contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. - Drive expansion of retail network in assigned regions through partnerships and alliances. - Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. - Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer durables. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Good understanding of retail and distribution channels in the market. - Analytical mindset with ability to prepare reports and business insights. - Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively. - Willingness to travel as per business needs.,
